Sergeant to Inspector 2024 - Complete On Line Zoom Package which includes 1 interview webinar 2 hours covering the CVF & Interview process, 1 Supervisors Meeting & discussions around structures and written exercise approx 2 hours, 1 Promotion Handbook hardcopy sent to your address & Q&A’s. The lead trainer will ensure you are presenting your examples at the right level by interacting and emphasising key points throughout the discussions. Total time is between 4 hrs to 4.5 hours with a short break between webinars to keep you energised. We will ensure you understand the CVF and have suggested structures to assist you with the Interview, Supervisors Meeting & written output - £225.00 per person Max 12 candidates These are interactive webinars they will feature a slide presentation. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and for discussion.
