Service Description

One to One Coaching/Mentoring session is a bespoke package delivered either in person or virtually - the choice is yours! We will have an initial discussion to tailor the sessions to exactly what you want and need. We will cover all that you need and give you the right guidance and support you need to feel confident in completing the different Assessments. You will receive step by step guidance and receive feedback on the evidence/examples you choose to use for the process. It will be an interactive session where the trainer will advise and lead you through the process. You will be coached/mentored on delivering your answers, we will build on your answers and improve areas that lack impact, ensuring you are at the right level with enough breadth & depth your responses. We will discuss Managerial Scenarios and provide tools to answer these effectively. Constable to Sergeants One to One session is 6 hours with breaks between webinars to keep you energised (the time may run over to 6.5 hours total due to Q&As, please allow for this). It can be held in person or virtual bespoke and personalised to your needs covers Interview Process, Managerial Scenarios, Discussions & includes Promotion Handbook within this package £350.00 This 1-1 can either be held online or in-person. When you purchase this package we will speak with you on the phone where you will state what you will prefer. If in person it will be held in the Potters Bar, Hertfordshire area.
